You can renew your MWS token on Amazon and update your expired MWS token under SellerZen’s API settings.

Renew your MWS Token on Amazon

Go to Settings > User Permissions. Click on Manage your Apps.

Find SellerZen and click on Renew. Most sellers will keep their same MWS token, so you’ll just need to resume import on SellerZen.

If the token has changed, then you’ll need to copy and paste the new MWS Token in the SellerZen field above if the token has changed.

If the token has already expired, then you may have to click on “Enable.”

Follow through the prompts on Amazon to renew the token. 

You may need to go back to SellerZen and resume integration on the marketplace.

Update MWS token on SellerZen if it has changed on Amazon

For some sellers, Amazon may change the token. If this has happened to you, then update the token on SellerZen. The instructions are below.

Click on Integration > Your Amazon Marketplace > API Settings.

You’ll find the option to Update the token there. Scroll down to learn how you can Renew your MWS Authorization on Amazon.

Copy and paste the Amazon MWS token exactly as it appears on the page. Make sure there are no leading or trailing spaces, as any extra spacing will give you errors.

Update the token on SellerZen if necessary. Then resume the sync. If you’re having trouble updating your token, then contact us at info@sellerzen.com or start a chat with us.
