Make sure to click on Save once you’ve made your choice.

If you see this error, then you’ll need to choose to have us map your Amazon SKU to your QuickBooks Online Name or SKU field. 

Make sure you click on Save once you’ve selected your option.

We recommend the QuickBooks Online Item Name field since that is unique, meaning no more than one QuickBooks Online product or service share the same name.
