Data import is paused when your account balance reaches $0.00.

If there’s an issue with your credit card or you didn’t add one, then all syncing between Amazon and QuickBooks Online is paused until you add a valid credit card.

Once you add a credit card, the syncing will resume right where it left off. With Auto Pay enabled, you’ll be charged the selected amount only when your balance drops to $0.00.

If you have a valid credit card added and your sync is still paused, then check that SellerZen’s MWS access is still valid. You may need to renew our access.
