You can click on “Manually Processed” if the sales document we’re trying to import already exists in QuickBooks Online.

You may encounter an error where we’ll be unable to create a document in QuickBooks Online because it already exists. 

Click on “View” under the Link column and then click on “Manually Processed” if the document already exists in QuickBooks Online.

Do not click on “Manually Processed” unless you’ve verified that the document exists in QuickBooks Online. 

If you click on Manually Processed without creating the proper documents, your inventory and accounts will not reconcile since transactions will be missing.
