You’ll need to enable multicurrency in QuickBooks Online to be able to add EU marketplaces.

If you’ve recently enabled multicurrency, then you may need to refresh by clicking on Integration to leave the settings and then clicking on Amazon again under  Add a Sales Channel.

You should now be able to select an EU marketplace to add.
