You’ll need to request that Amazon enable settlements on your Amazon account

If you don’t see any settlements in SellerZen, then you may need to request that Amazon enable settlements for your account. Contact Amazon support to make this request.

If you’re trying to download historical settlements, then visit this guide to see how you can request settlements that are older than 90 days.

Once you’ve made this request and Amazon enables settlements for your account, SellerZen will automatically pull the settlements when they become available. You won’t need to do anything else.

Here’s a template you can use:

“Hi, I need the XML file for my settlements to be available for the following report periods: Jan 1 – Jan 2, 2018, (any other periods), and for all future reports.”
