We don’t make invoices for pending orders until they’re cleared.
We don’t create documents for pending orders in QuickBooks Online until they’re cleared on Amazon.
Pending orders may also be pending for several days, sometimes up to a week or more, and they may be canceled. Customer information isn’t available until the order moves past pending.
Once the order moves out of the pending status, we’ll create the invoice and receive payment when the order is shipped (FBA) or marked as shipped on Amazon (FBM).
